Subpoena Production
We make reviewing the documents you requested through subpoena, easier for you. Our service will receive, scan and provide you with a link to review the Produced Documents for a reasonable amount. When using us as your Deposition Officer, please include our Production Email Address at Production@HarmanInvestigations.com on the face of your subpoena.
Deposition Officer Scan & Email Service
This fee is for smaller Productions received via Mail, Email or Personal Delivery. If the Production needs to be picked up or retrieved, a Courier Service will be added. If the Production is greater than 150 pages, additional fees for time spent may be charged.
Deposition Officer Scan & Email Service
This fee is for Production that needs to be scanned or copied at a deponent's home or office. Minimum 2 Hour Fee billed at $25.00 Per 15 Minutes - WE DO NOT CHARGE A PAGE COUNT FEE LIKE OTHERS.
Subpoena Fee Advance Fee
$5.00 Fee Advance Fee for any subpoena requiring a fee advance, or for any production that requires a fee to receive documents or for a witness to appear.
