We do not make standard attempts on New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Christmas, Christmas Eve, Easter, Halloween or Thanksgiving. Special Attempts may be requested for an additional $100.00.
This fee will be assessed by the server doing the job. If a server is threatened or assaulted, resulting in police assistance, if an aggressive animal chases or attacks the server or their car, or if the person being served has a history of violence (including jail or prison time) and we were not verbally informed before accepting the service, an additional fee starting at $100.00 will need to be paid before the proof of service is provided.
This fee will be assessed by the server doing the job. If a server encounters a dirt or gravel road necessary to travel to reach the subject, or if the server's vehicle is damaged by the wear of a dirt or gravel road, an additional fee starting at $100.00 will need to be paid before the proof of service is provided.
This service is to assist litigants with serving documents on subjects whose home address is unknown. Skip Trace will include addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, partial birthdate, partial Social Security Number, and more. However, a person who has recently moved may not reflect in the database until 90 days after they establish a new residency.
Service of Process will be completed within 15 business days. We attempt up to five (5) times within the California Courts' standards of due-diligence which includes: One attempt between 6 AM - 8 AM, one attempt between 8 AM - 5:30 PM, one attempt between 5:30 PM - 10:00 PM, one attempt on a weekend, and one additional attempt randomly. Under most circumstances, Substitute Service may be completed on the third attempt, or after. If service cannot be completed, a Declaration of Non-Service will be provided. The prices above are for service on one (1) subject at one (1) address. Multiple address and multiple subjects will incur additional fees. Dangerous Conditions or Dirt Road Fees: The actual fee will be determined based on wait time, injuries or damage sustained. We cannot guarantee any service of process, and WE WILL NOT SERVE ON THE RESERVATIONS WITHOUT PERMISSION FROM THE TRIBAL COUNSEL.
